You’ll feel right at home here Key Responsibilities Include Host unforgettable wine experiences – guide tastings, tours, experiences and share Hardys’ iconic story Deliver seamless service – from welcoming guests to curating premium moments Promote exclusivity – grow our Wine Club and premium member base Maintain elegance – ensure our Cellar Door shines every day Curate and prepare – restock, pack, and dispatch wine orders with care Add a gourmet touch – prepare local platters Drive engagement – connect with guests and promote in-house activities Support signature events – help showcase our historic Cellar Door and award-winning portfolio What You'll Bring: A true storyteller captivate guests with engaging wine and heritage narratives Passion for wine and a strong understanding of the winemaking process Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, positive professional approach Ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative team environment Experience in a cellar door or wine industry (highly desirable) Confidence in fast-paced settings, working independently and as part of a team WSET Level 2 certification (desirable) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation Knowledge of safe food preparation and handling (desirable) Intermediate computer skills , including Microsoft Suite and EDM software (desirable) Why Join Us?
