What you’ll do We’re looking for a Strategy Analyst – Merchandise to join our Commercial Excellence team in the Pharmacy & Retail business unit. You’ll work closely with the Senior Strategy Manager – Merchandise to shape data‑driven strategies that improve profit, drive efficiency, and unlock growth across our merchandise categories. Key responsibilities include: Contributing to category strategy development using strategic frameworks and data‑driven approaches. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying consumer trends. Analyzing merchandise performance and market data to generate actionable insights. Building financial models to assess opportunities and execution strategies. Creating guidelines and playbooks to support category teams in implementing strategies. Tracking and evaluating the performance of merchandising initiatives and recommending improvements. What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience in strategy consulting, merchandising, data and analytics, customer insights, or a related field. Proven track record of working on complex and strategic projects. Thought leader and critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a customer‑focused approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong influencing abilities. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively engage with individuals at all levels within an organisation. Bachelor’s degree with a consistently outstanding academic record. Why us?
