Durra is one of Australia’s leading Middle Eastern and gourmet food brands specialising in nuts (raw and roasted), dried fruit, spices, and an extensive portfolio of Middle Eastern grocery brands. We supply food service, independent supermarkets, fruit shops and retail across the country. As we continue to expand across Victoria, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in this critical market. About the Role We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in food service, independent supermarkets, fruit shops, and the nuts/dried fruit category. Knowledge of the Middle Eastern food space is essential. This role is hands‑on and commercially focused, managing existing customers, opening new doors and driving profitable growth across the state. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a Victorian territory across food service, independent supermarkets and fruit shops Drive distribution and sales of nuts (raw and roasted), dried fruit, and our Middle Eastern grocery range, with a strong focus on the Durra brand Build strong relationships with chefs, buyers, store owners and distributors Identify and convert new business opportunities Execute store visits, tastings, merchandising, promotional activity and product training Support new product launches and category development Provide weekly reporting, sales insights and structured pipeline planning What You’ll Bring Proven sales experience in food service, independent retail, or nuts/dried fruit categories (mandatory) Strong understanding of Middle Eastern products and customers Existing relationships with restaurants, wholesalers, fruit shops and independent supermarket operators Commercially sharp, structured and proactive with a genuine hunter mindset Ability to work independently while contributing strongly to a professional senior management team Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Why Join Durra Victoria ?
