Description Are you ready to make a real impact in the workplace Do you thrive in dynamic environments and love working with people If so we have an exciting opportunity just for you As an Employee Relations Specialist at WTW youll be the go-to expert for Employee Relations and HR support across Australia. Youll work closely with managers and colleagues ensuring our ER policies and practices are top-notch. The Role Tackle employee relations matters with confidence from case management to performance management and grievances. Be the trusted advisor for managers on sensitive workplace issues and keep our HR policies up-to-date. Collaborate with Talent Advisors and Centres of Excellence to bring global HR programs to life. Spot opportunities for process improvement and help standardise HR service delivery. Assist with the annual compensation review process including data validation and alignment with local policies Support the administration of local benefits programs and liaise with vendors as needed Provide input on local reward competitiveness and compliance with evolving legislation (e.g. pay equity transparency) Support internal mobility processes including international transfers and relocations. Qualifications The Requirements Proven experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on employee relations. Solid understanding of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements in Australia and / or New Zealand. Experience in annual compensation reviews and a strong understanding of reward competitiveness and compliance with evolving legislation Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
