Project Manager - Critical Power Join Aggreko as a Project Manager on our Critical Power team. The role can be based out of any of our UK or Ireland depots. What You’ll Do Lead full critical power projects from pre‑sales through installation, commissioning and handover to Data Centre and Utilities clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants and internal teams, building strong relationships and keeping all parties aligned on objectives, timelines and deliverables. Manage project budgets, forecasts and profitability, delivering projects on time, within scope and to agreed financial targets. Conduct on‑site safety inspections, enforce Aggreko’s QHSE standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for mission‑critical environments. Collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams to deliver complex power solutions. Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery, service quality and customer satisfaction, driving best practices across the critical power portfolio. Support the wider business by deploying project management expertise across other sectors or geographies as required, maintaining high standards and continuity for global accounts. Represent Aggreko professionally on customer sites and at industry events, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in critical power solutions. You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification, or a proven track record managing complex, time‑critical projects in the power or utilities sector. Experience delivering projects in critical power environments such as Data Centres, Utilities or similar mission‑critical sectors. Strong understanding of temporary and permanent power systems, including generators, UPS, switchgear and electrical distribution. Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, customers and remote stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of resolving complex challenges under pressure and meeting demanding customer expectations. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, contracts and financial performance. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences. Commitment to QHSE and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel to customer sites and participate in an on‑call rota as required. Why Aggreko?
