About the Firm This locally owned boutique practice has built a strong reputation on the Sunshine Coast for delivering exceptional service to a loyal client base of small‑to‑medium businesses, investors, and family groups. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit team that enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work — without the corporate red tape. The Role You’ll work closely with clients across a range of industries, providing hands‑on accounting and advisory support. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for SMEs, trusts, and individuals Managing client relationships and providing proactive business advice Reviewing work prepared by junior accountants and mentoring their development Identifying process improvements and opportunities for value‑added services You’ll report directly to the Partners, who take an open‑door approach and encourage autonomy and innovation. About You You’re a confident accountant who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality outcomes. You’re also looking for a role that offers flexibility, genuine progression, and the chance to make an impact.
