About the Role Join Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) as an Employee Relations Coordinator and play a pivotal role in supporting positive workplace culture across a portfolio of schools. As part of the Employee Relations, Health and Safety team within the broader CESL People Culture function, you'll partner with a set portfolio of schools to provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, and organisational policies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help resolve workplace issues, lead investigations, and support performance management and grievance resolution. You'll contribute to strategic initiatives, including organisational change and policy development, while delivering training and coaching to build leadership capability. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. You'll also monitor trends, provide insights for proactive strategies, and maintain accurate records to support continuous improvement. About CESL Office The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 56 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese.
