Waterfall Gully Cafe and Nursery – Rosebud VIC We’re a café‑nursery blending hospitality with nature, and we’re looking for an experienced barista / café all‑rounder to join our team. This role offers consistent hours, variety in your day‑to‑day tasks, and the chance to grow into a management role for the right individual. Barista / Café All‑Rounder Location: Rosebud, Mornington Peninsula Hours: 35–40 per week (casual) What you’ll do Prepare consistently excellent espresso‑based drinks and specialty coffees. Provide warm, attentive service to customers. Assist with general café operations — from drink prep and serving to keeping the space clean and welcoming. Maintain a tidy, organised workspace with care and attention to detail. Collaborate with a small, supportive team. (Bonus) Contribute to our social media presence with creative content ideas. What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years barista experience in a café setting. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude. Clean, tidy, and detail‑oriented approach to work. Flexibility to assist across different café tasks. Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences. Social media skills are a big plus. Ambition to grow into leadership or management responsibilities. Why join us?
