Overview Carpet Sales Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. What You’ll Be Doing Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them select the perfect carpets and flooring for their homes. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they are informed and confident in their purchasing decisions. Actively promote and sell our range of high-quality carpets, timber, laminate and hybrid flooring products. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom to showcase our products. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the flooring industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to confidently guide customers through their purchasing decisions. A team‑player attitude and the desire to contribute to the overall success of the store.
