About the Role You will be the first point of contact for clients and the backbone of the branch, supporting sales teams in building relationships and driving the end‑to‑end sales process. Your expert customer service and administrative skills will enable the branch to operate smoothly and grow. Responsibilities Provide expert administrative support to the team, fostering professional relationships within the branch. Assist with all stages of the sales process and help run the office. Create promotional and marketing materials to actively promote the Elders brand. Collaborate with the Elders team to explore new innovative opportunities for clients. Maximise promotional opportunities, including supporting field days and community events. Manage expenses to ensure the branch operates efficiently. About You Comfortable and thrive in a collaborative, results‑focused environment. Smart, resourceful, forward‑thinking and embrace technology. Passionate about effecting real change for clients and the community. Detail‑oriented with a background in business administration. Understand agricultural seasons and the agribusiness context.
