CDC Charter is seeking Charter Bus Drivers to join our Charter operations on the Central Coast. Operating out of our Halloran depot, you will deliver charters in our local community whilst also having the opportunity to service other locations outside the Central Coast. A variety of shifts are available depending on your experience, lifestyle and availability, including Casual or Permanent Part Time positions. As a charter driver, you will be part of a dedicated team in delivering premium charter services to our customers, ensuring a high level of service and a safe and comfortable journey. Key Responsibilities Delivering a prompt and reliable transport service to the local community Carry out pre departure checks and reporting mechanical defects. Drive effectively and efficiently while ensuring passengers safety and comfort. Identify, address, and report unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behavior in the workplace. Maintain up to date knowledge of road laws and company policies. Accurately completing recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data, fuel and charter records Skills, Attributes and Experience Have a Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR Licence or above) Have a NSW Bus Drivers Authority Have a Working with Children Check Provide your current RMS driving history. Knowledge and understanding of Work, Health, and Safety Practices Good local knowledge of the Central Coast Always act SAFELY. Have excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Have excellent COMMUNICATION skills. A positive, proactive approach and be well presented at all times. Provide an Australian passport/current Australian working status. Flexibility for split shifts Experienced Coach Drivers HR Licence Required Good knowledge of Central Coast, Sydney and Newcastle Permanent or PPT or Casual positions available HR or MR Licence Good local knowledge of the Central Coast Casual Charter Bus Drivers HR or MR Licence Good local knowledge of the Central Coast Casual drivers looking for 3-4hrs a day 2-4 days a week Available for sport charters and local Central Coast Sport Offered to you Casual and Permanent Part Time (PPT) positions available to suit your availability, experience and lifestyle Market leading rates of pay Career advancement opportunities, all employees at CDC are supported to Drive their career with support to help you achieve your career goals beyond driving a bus.
