Planning Manager

About The Role We are seeking a dynamic Planning Manager to lead our planning and dispatch teams across our Victorian Commercial Bar Shops. This role can be based from our Laverton North or Dandenong site but will require travel across the two to engage with teams and drive performance. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to optimise production capacity, workforce management, and operational efficiency across both sites, having a tangible impact on team performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will provide oversight and direction on site production and fleet deliveries to customers, ensuring smooth workflows, clear priorities, and effective use of resources. While technical planning expertise is important, your ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing team will be just as critical. Lead production planning and fleet dispatch teams across both sites Lead freight efficiency across both sites Promote customer‑centric values to ensure an exceptional customer experience Champion a strong safety culture Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and cost efficiency Oversee the daily operating rhythm of the planning and delivery functions You will be an experienced strategic leader with an innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. A strong focus on people leadership and development, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is essential. Key Qualifications You will also possess or be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in building products, industrial manufacturing, or production planning (or similar industry) A strong focus on delivering best‑in‑class customer service Ability to drive a high‑performance culture Strong understanding of cost management and operational efficiency Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or dispatch leadership Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
