We’re seeking a highly skilled full‑time Senior Barber who delivers precision work, exceptional client experiences, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 – $90,000 per year plus superannuation , depending on experience. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality haircuts, beard grooming and styling using advanced barbering techniques. Conduct personalised consultations to understand client preferences and deliver tailored results. Perform beard trims, shaves and facial grooming with precision and professionalism. Maintain hygiene standards, including sanitising tools and workstations after each service. Recommend suitable hair care products and grooming routines. Build strong client relationships and help create a welcoming, professional shop atmosphere. Collaborate closely with teammates to establish and uphold the service standards. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in barbering or men’s grooming. Certificate III or IV in Barbering or Hairdressing preferred. Strong technical ability in fades, scissor work, razor techniques, and modern styles. Confident in client consultations and personalised service. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Passion for men’s grooming and continuous skill development.
