Working at CQUniversity As the Administration Officer in the Facilities Management Directorate, you’ll be at the heart of campus operations, helping to ensure our spaces are functional, welcoming, and well‑managed. From coordinating financial processes and supporting meetings to overseeing the use of stadiums and ovals, your work will directly contribute to the quality of life and learning at CQUniversity. You’ll manage documentation, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and help maintain the high standards of our facilities – all while being part of a team that values innovation, service, and community connection. Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and resolve issues under strict deadlines, including managing urgent tasks independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, confidentiality, customer service skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a small team while maintaining professionalism with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding and application of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) standards, with the ability to work in full compliance with WH&S provisions. Associate diploma or equivalent experience/training (Desirable).
