Lead the development of the workforce reporting strategy to support organisational workforce reporting including identifying and researching human resources issues and contributing information and recommendations to organisational strategic thinking. Manage the development, enhancement and implementation of performance reporting function to provideaccurate and timely performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. Design and implement contemporary reporting tools and methodologies, such as dashboards, reporting, trending and predictive analytics that are responsive to users needs, delivering actionable insights that support HR strategies, policies, practices and systems and inform business decision making. Partner with key stakeholders and human resources leaders to uncover data driven workforce insights, communicate trends and ensure alignment with organisational objectives and the broader public sector. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology and reporting tools to ensure automated and replicable data outcomes and develop sophisticated solutions to complex, system-wide issues. Work closely with other HR data teams to ensure alignment with data governance practices and embed these into the work of the Reporting and Analytics team through technical design and user access. Work with key stakeholders to develop and document standardised workforce metrics and embed these within performance reports. Prepare high quality and complex reports, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence including ministerial briefs, questions on notice, parliamentary briefs and cabinet submissions. About you We are searching for someone with: Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to industry best practice, including knowledge of contemporary approaches to strategic human resources concepts, practices, HR reporting, analytics, statistical analysis and metrics to achieve positive measurable business results.(SFIA: METL Level 5). Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills including proven capacity to initiate appropriate strategic and operational responses to key issues relating to performance, trending and predictive projections to inform executive decision making and early intervention.(SFIA: BINT Level 5). Demonstrated high level ability to analyse, prepare and present complex data driven recommendations, reports and submissions and to effectively communicate and negotiate outcomes at the highest level. (SFIA: CNSL Level 5). Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, inspire and drive a team of diverse employees. (SFIA: PEMT Level 5). Why work with us?
