Industrial Health Senior Lead

A diverse role for an experienced industrial health professional, this role will be responsible for leadership, training, rostering, audit and project functions. The position also includes clinical relief and visits across sites. About You Registered Paramedic and/or Registered Nurse. Minimum five years’ experience in a pre‑hospital environment. Tertiary qualifications in a clinical field (Nursing or Paramedicine). Postgraduate qualifications in aeromedical, critical care, management or clinical field desirable. Experience providing primary healthcare in non‑hospital settings, ideally within the resources industry. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations. Experience overseeing day‑to‑day operations of worksite‑based medical services. Solid knowledge of industrial health, aeromedical and remote healthcare delivery. Strong clinical skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure. Willingness to travel to all sites for relief coverage, onboarding and site visits. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Experience in education, training and leading teams. About The Role Lead and manage geographically dispersed teams of healthcare professionals (Paramedics, Emergency Services Officers and Registered Nurses). Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and clients. Provide leadership and professional advice on clinical matters and client relationships. Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery. Develop staff rosters and ensure appropriate shift coverage. Address and resolve employee concerns and workplace conflicts. Contribute to strategic planning and decision‑making to enhance service delivery and patient care. Support the Head of Paramedicine and Industrial Health. Manage clinical case reviews, incidents and complaints. Develop and deliver medical education and training programmes. Recruit and plan workforce requirements for Industrial Health. Provide planned and unplanned relief coverage and attend onshore and offshore site visits across WA and the NT. When working in a relief capacity, undertake varied shifts across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and both day and night duty. Benefits Permanent, full‑time role. Salary packaging – up to $15,900 per annum for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment expenses. Novated Lease options.
