In this role, you will deliver high-quality design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities as part of full Workday implementation and enhancement projects. You will work closely with customers to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, contribute to best-practice delivery, and mentor junior consultants as part of capability uplift. Key Responsibilities Lead configuration and solution design for Workday HCM (with a focus on Talent, Performance, or Recruiting if experienced) Translate business requirements into accurate, scalable Workday configuration Lead workshops, playback sessions, and functional reviews with clients Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities Provide production support and enhancements post-go-live Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: 2–5+ years of experience delivering Workday HCM or other enterprise HCM solutions Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM , ideally including: Talent & Performance Compensation Core HCM Hands-on configuration experience and deep understanding of Workday best practice Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a customer-first approach Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Workday certifications in relevant modules are highly regarded.
