By understanding and representing the voice of the customer, you will create clarity so businesses can make courageous decisions such as: how to minimise waste, deliver products that resonate, create valuable community services, shape compelling communication strategy and design the culturally relevant brands of tomorrow. Key Responsibilities: Support client conversations, understand problems, and create strong relationships Help to create compelling proposals and research programs Design research for: pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research Strong project management skills to set up research through to data collection Analysis and synthesis of data sets (Q/SPSS) to uncover crucial consumer insights Produce reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action Required & Desirable skills: Previous market research agency experience - essential Experienced in quantitative survey design Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q Interested in qualitative research methods Passionate about culture, behaviour and research technology Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with flair You’ll have a passion for solving people‑problems and be looking for a vibrant environment, and a close‑knit team where every voice is valued.
