We’re Planet Fitness Job Skill Set Requirements Lead teams with Vision and Purpose as the guiding principle Willingness to learn management of operational budgets Is confident in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Has confidence in problem‑solving skills Represents a servant leadership mentality Has solid communications and organization skills Communicates effectively in verbal and written words Remit Actively promotes our mission of impacting as many lives as possible through the delivery of fun and affordable fitness Actively displays and cultivates our House of Values Acts as a Guardian of the Gate and ensures club is properly staffed with team members that share our vision (management, service desk and fitness) Communicates, leads, and delivers monthly SMART Goals, consistent with the clubs’ strategic priorities Guides and leads the overall operations management in club Completes and assesses key business reports to influence decision making and continual club improvement Manages the club P&L budget including but not limited to revenue generation and controllable expenses Delivers world‑class team member training using our rookie training program Delivers engaging, supporting, and constructive quarterly team member 1‑on‑1 reviews through approved programs and processes Builds, delivers, and oversees local club marketing through B2B partnerships Maintains 95 % Brand Excellence Review scores monthly through excellent delivery of club cleanliness, club tours, club info calls and general club operations Maintains daily payroll oversight, ensuring team members’ time clocks are accurate and the overall labor budget is maintained Experience / Qualifications Prior leadership and management experience preferred or 3‑5 years of experience in the similar field Gym work experience and fitness background preferred Must be currently First Aid & CPR certified and provide club with a copy of the certifications or be willing to obtain within first three weeks Must have your WWC (working with children) certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started Bravo Core Values Faith & Grit Guardian Of The Gate 1 % Better Every Day #J-18808-Ljbffr
