Position Summary We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow our Affiliate and Introducing Partner (IP) channels in emerging APAC markets. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and is based in our Melbourne office. Some regional travel may be required. The Partnerships Manager will recruit, develop, and manage high-value partners, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to support partnership campaigns and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliates and introducing partners Develop partnership proposals and commercial arrangements Performance Management Track and analyse partner performance and ROI Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards Manage the partnership lifecycle using platforms such as Impact or Cellxpert Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales teams to support IP relationships Coordinate with marketing to execute affiliate campaigns Align partnership activities with brand and regulatory requirements Required Skills & Experience 4+ years’ experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or account management Financial services experience with a focus on revenue and client relationships Experience managing high-value clients or partners Strong prospecting, negotiation, and consultative sales skills Ability to build long-term relationships and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities Professional fluency in English Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field Understanding of CFD trading and financial regulatory environments Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, or other Asian/Southeast Asian languages Experience with partnership platforms (Impact, Cellxpert, etc.) Strong analytical and data-driven approach Hybrid working model (3 days in office) Collaborative culture with focus on leadership, client support, and continuous improvement Private health allowance (up to $130/month) Gym/fitness reimbursement ($45/month) Share purchase plan with company matching Life & disability insurance (via superannuation provider) Novated car leasing Employee Assistance Program Development programs, mentoring, and community groups Why Join Us?
