We’re doing it by offering a unique lineup of nutritional supplements that help reverse the biological ageing process and prevent age-related issues (think increased blood pressure, metabolic dysfunction, declining energy levels). Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnerships Manager position. Based in Cremorne, VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing our partnerships department and scaling a blend of influencer and ambassador initiatives for both organic and paid media. The role allows for some remote work, but requires on-site attendance as needed (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home). Core Skills Proven record of expertise in managing partnerships Expert communicator, highly able to build and develop relationships Strong data and negotiation skills to ensure partnerships KPIs are achieved Ability to identify influencers that will connect with AgeMate's core customer Manage content creators and acting talent for paid media endorsements Experience working with macro influencers (250k+ following) Curiosity for all things ecommerce Role Mission Generate efficient and scaled marketing results via partnerships marketing Curate, quality control and connect local creator talent to our paid media team Hybrid work flexibility: WFH 2 days per week.
