Partnerships Manager – Global Payments SaaS (ANZ) Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Base Pay: A$140,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr We’re partnering with a global payments technology company continuing to scale across Australia & New Zealand. With a market‑leading platform, strong brand presence and a mature customer base, the business is investing in a senior Partnerships & Strategic Account Management role to deepen key relationships and drive sustainable partner‑led growth. Role Overview As Partnerships Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of strategic partners and high‑value accounts, acting as the primary commercial and operational point of contact. You’ll work closely with internal sales, product, marketing and delivery teams to ensure partners are onboarded smoothly, supported effectively and positioned for long‑term success. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing strategic partner and key account relationships Owning partner onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement Driving partner‑led revenue, renewals and expansion opportunities Leading QBRs, partner plans and performance reviews Coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver partner commitments Managing multiple initiatives with strong project management discipline Identifying risks and resolving issues proactively Supporting GTM initiatives with selected partners What We’re Looking For Experience in Partnerships, Strategic Account Management or Alliances Background in Payments, FinTech or B2B SaaS Strong project management skills across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and partner executives Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver consistently Strong commercial acumen with a relationship‑first mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability Experience working with technology, channel or integration partners is highly regarded Why This Opportunity?
