Student Services Coordinator - Country Universities Centre Cowra Region Country Universities Centre (CUC) Cowra Region is an for‑profit community‑driven organisation, jointly funded by the Department of Education and NSW Government. Learn more here: THE ROLE This is a highly rewarding and unique opportunity to help shape the education landscape for students in the region. The Student Services Coordinator works closely with the Centre Manager to identify and develop student engagement initiatives at CUC Cowra Region. This position is focussed on engaging with students through academic skills service and implementing a comprehensive range of strategies that support regional students undertaking university‑level study. As Student Services Coordinator you will: Contribute to the ongoing successful operations and growth of CUC Cowra Region to increase access to higher and vocational education opportunities Deliver one‑on‑one academic support covering referencing, writing, assessment, and study skills, alongside group sessions and workshops Represent CUC Cowra Region at relevant community events to build and maintain community awareness and knowledge of the CUC We are looking for A passionate and enthusiastic individual about creating opportunities for regional students A friendly and approachable person who can work closely with students and the Centre Manager Previous experience with a diverse range of stakeholders with superior communication skills Someone with an undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree Previous experience in facilitating workshops, group study sessions and demonstrated presentation skills A committed individual who promotes a positive, and inclusive study and work environment Remuneration and Benefits: 1.0 FTE Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020.
