Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner ISGroup is a progressive surveying and geospatial organisation dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional client service. We specialise in aerial, land and subsurface data acquisition and imaging for intelligent geospatial solutions through our subsidiaries Land Surveys, IntelliSpatial, Utility Mapping and Photomapping Service. About the role: Join our Melbourne office as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsible for overseeing the recruitment function for ISGroup globally, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment needs, promoting the ISGroup brand, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and sourcing and head‑hunting exceptional talent. Design our Talent Acquisition Strategy and map talent pipelines from interns and graduates to overseas hires. Key responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment function for ISGroup globally, including operations in Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and the UK. Design a best‑practice recruitment methodology to support high‑quality hiring outcomes. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and support detailed job brief process. Sourcing, advertising and head‑hunting as required to find the best talent. Develop job advertisements, interview guides, phone screens and reference check questions to ensure the best quality hire. Coordinate visa and mobility processes as required. Coach and train leaders on best‑practice recruitment techniques, including interviewing skills. Coordinate candidate assessments and compliance checks as required. Assist in developing workforce planning and People strategy. Assist in creating and reviewing policies and procedures. Support other People projects and initiatives across the People function. You’ll thrive if you have: A good sense of humour and desire to work with a friendly, down‑to‑earth team. Great knowledge of the surveying, construction, land development or infrastructure sectors. A warm and engaging style and ability to build deep partnering relationships. A fast, pragmatic and nimble approach. Proven experience recruiting high‑quality candidates focused on long‑term retention. Solid administration and organisational skills.
