Your role in the team You don’t need a background in finance to apply, though it is desirable. We’ll provide on‑the‑job training and support to help you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding. What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detail. What You'll Need A degree‑level education (or similar experience) Fluency in English (written and spoken) A genuine interest in the financial markets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Confidence to employ basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic. Literacy in MS Office A sales background would be a distinct advantage but is not required What You'll Do Provide front‑line support to our clients across phone, email, web chat and social media Answer queries from our global client base on all of our products and platforms Provide an execution‑only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support) Resolve trade disputes Provide clients with technical support for our front‑end platforms and chart packages Proactively converse with our clients about financial markets and our latest innovations Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks Benefit from exposure to a vibrant, commercially driven environment, with development opportunities encompassing everything from client reactivation and retention, premium client service and dealing roles How We Work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
