Senior Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect Permanent –Sydney / Melbourne $180,000 – $200,000 + Super CalibrX is Australia's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we're partnering with a global powerhouse to appoint a Senior Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect. This role sits at the heart of their Salesforce practice, working closely with the Commercial Director and Delivery Directors to define solution strategy, win new work, and elevate how the practice positions itself in the market. This is an opportunity to influence how one of Australia's most respected professional services firms solves complex customer challenges, design compelling end-to-end Salesforce solutions, and play a key role in the growth of their national Salesforce capability. Responsibilities In this role, you will lead and drive the full pre-sales cycle for enterprise opportunities. That includes eliciting client requirements, reviewing RFPs and client briefs, and building a strategic response aligned to industry, account, and solution direction. You will craft high-quality proposals, estimations, solution architecture, team structures, and pricing models that clearly articulate the value of Salesforce. You will take ownership of presenting prototypes and demonstrations that are engaging, tailored, and commercially compelling. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and client teams, tailoring your communication to both technical specialists and business leaders to help them understand the impact of the proposed solution. Experience You will bring proven experience leading Salesforce bids within a professional services environment, and a strong track record delivering Salesforce implementations as a Solution Architect or Delivery Lead. You'll be confident responding to complex RFx processes, shaping solution architecture, and engaging with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Proven experience working on multi-million dollar enterprise projects.
