The Role Fresh To Go Foods are now entering an exciting and significant growth phase in the business and looking for a competent Replenishment Coordinator to join our team in Bayswater. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are maintained efficiently to meet customer demand and established Key Performance Indicators of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day purchasing requirements and resolving any supply issues; Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment avoiding shortages or overstocking. Maintain accuracy in the replenishment process, verifying stock quantities and addressing any discrepancies. Use reporting systems to analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs. Contribute to the Sales and Operations teams by providing supply & demand data. Create and maintain stock reports ensuring stock for production and distribution is up to date and meets scheduled requirements. Work collaboratively with purchasing, logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory flow. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. Ensure the procurement function operates within applicable legislative requirements such as safety, quality, environment, human resource management. To develop and maintain key relationships with peers, sales functions, head office functions, current and potential suppliers. Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in a stock control, ideally within FMCG. A practical understanding of supply chain principles. Problem‑solving capability. Advanced ERP systems knowledge – NetSuite (ideal). High‑level skills in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Knowledge of consumer protection legal requirements relevant to perishable food products and associated regulatory arrangements in the food industry.
