Base Pay Range A$80,000.00/yr – A$100,000.00/yr This incredible Sales opportunity in Melbourne’s Western growth corridor , on one of the greatest projects in Australia’s history, will attract the best land and new‑home sales professional in the market. This role will be directly responsible for achieving land and built‑form sales targets across the project, actively guiding prospective purchases through the buyer journey, and ensuring every experience from initial enquiry through to contract signing and settlement. The role will include: The direct sales of land lots, townhouses, and built‑form projects Conducting sales tours through display village and key amenities Collaborating with Marketing to ensure product attractiveness and customer leads are generated and converted Proactively following up leads through Salesforce CRM, including managing CRM information professionally Being a centre of knowledge on land releases, pricing, masterplan, and competitor products Building strong relationships with builder contacts and project builder representatives to ensure close working relationships This is a highly successful project and one of the best‑known projects on the market. In a sales capacity, an elite sales professional will achieve significant success in this opportunity. OTE $300,000 for a top‑gun.
