Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Keep things simple while managing small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $3 million Move with speed to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB their Bank of Choice Own it by understanding our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions Work together by engaging with our Retail bank colleagues and product specialists to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes You’ll need: Motivation to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life Excellent understanding of the SME Market Strong customer and relationship management skills Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills Lending experience in business banking highly regarded Our people are customer obsessed.
