Manage escalated matters, support team members, and drive process improvements. Prepare reports, legal correspondence, and stakeholder updates. A natural leader with experience in regulatory decision-making, legal assessments, or risk management. Skilled in interpreting legislation and applying it to real-world cases. Confident managing complex and sensitive information while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Passionate about child safety and dedicated to upholding community trust.
