Entra ID ConsultantLeading telco client (consulting through FinXL) Opportunity to shape cloud identity strategy and architecture FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking an Entra ID Consultant to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key cloud identity strategy and architecture engagement. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Entra ID solutions Architect and implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) configurations Design and deploy advanced Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust Implement phishing-resistant Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions Lead the transition from legacy identity platforms (ADFS) to cloud-native solutions Ensure identity solutions align with Zero Trust and ASD Essential 8 principles Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for identity lifecycle management Key Skills & Experience Proven hands‑on experience designing and implementing Entra ID / Azure AD solutions Expert knowledge of Conditional Access, PIM, and phishing‑resistant MFA Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0) Strong PowerShell scripting skills and Microsoft Graph API experience Experience implementing Zero Trust principles with identity as the control plane Familiarity with ASD Essential 8 mitigation strategies Experience with federation (ADFS, Okta) and migrating legacy platforms Why Join FinXL?
