Your Day-to-Day We’re on the lookout for Part-Time Porters to join our team — passionate individuals who love creating memorable moments. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey, assisting with arrivals, departures, and everything in between. You’ll help ensure every guest enjoys an authentic Melbourne experience, filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. From offering immediate assistance with luggage, coats, and personal belongings to providing helpful information about our hotel and the best of Melbourne, you’ll help shape a stay they'll never forget. You’ll handle, store, and transfer guest luggage with care, offer directions with confidence, and — when needed — safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. What We Need From You As a Porter, you’ll be part of our Concierge team — a team that plays a powerful role in creating exceptional guest experiences and turning our visitors into lifelong ambassadors of InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.
