WAPRES is a leading tree plantation manager, processor and exporter in the Southwest of WA. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Permanent Nursery Hand to assist in the day-to-day operations of our production nursery, located in Manjimup, WA. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will play a crucial part in the production of over 6 million Eucalyptus and Pine seedlings. Responsibilities: Daily Nursery production activities: Sowing Irrigation Fertiliser and chemical application Follow QA/QC procedures, ensuring product quality meets contracted specifications Supervise daily tasks for season casual employees Requirements: Current Australian Driver’s License Nursery or equivalent Horticulture industry experience is desirable Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Computer Literacy (MS Excel & MS Word) Understanding of Quality Control WAPRES employees are required to complete a pre‑employment medical and undergo random drug & alcohol testing.
