Description We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the Hurlstone Park Children’s Centre, reporting to the Children’s Centre Director. This role supports high standards of education and care, delivering enriching learning experiences for young children. The Role Location: Hurlstone Park Children’s Centre Role: Permanent Full Time Join us and make a meaningful difference in children’s lives Duties (not exhaustive) Ensure compliance with the Early Education and Care National Law and Regulations, including the National Quality Standards. Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective early childhood education program in line with the National Early Years Learning Framework. Contribute to a collaborative team through shared learning, a positive attitude, and sound communication skills. Develop and maintain respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, and management. Collaborate to provide an appropriate curriculum based on each child’s strengths, needs, and interests. For a full list of duties, click HERE to review the position description. What You’ll Need Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Working with Children Check. Capability to identify and respond to children & young people at risk of harm. Current Senior First Aid Certificate that includes Asthma & Anaphylaxis training. Experience providing quality learning experiences and creating enriching environments for young children. Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues. Effective communication skills.
