What you’ll achieveAs a Presales Solutions Architect, you will provide pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping to define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using the full range of company products and services.You will:Successfully build and maintain collaborative relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers at the CxO level as well as the Dell Technologies account team, global services and partners in support of sales team objectivesProvide counsel across account teams in analysing customer requirements and performing advanced systems integration and providing technical expertiseWork with partners and strategically aligned businesses to create, maintain and regularly communicate opportunity plans for strategic pursuits. The plan includes future state architectures, tactical initiatives and milestones and business relevant technology solutionsDevelop a deep knowledge of business procurement practices, with a thorough understanding of core financial parameters to show a favourable return on investmentConduct customer needs analysis and anticipate requirements beyond existing solution’s scopePrepare detailed product specifications to enable the sale of our products and solutions and deliver impact presentations at customer facilitiesTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
