The Role As the Branch Manager , you will oversee the day-to-day performance of our Karratha branch, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and strong financial results. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams. You’ll manage staff, drive sales, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency — all while promoting a positive safety culture and upholding Pressure Dynamics’ standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the branch team while overseeing daily operations and maintaining a high-performance culture. Build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and manage customer issues professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations; manage inventory, logistics, branch resources, fleet, and staff housing. Promote strong safety, quality, and environmental standards; conduct safety checks and ensure staff training; report performance and market insights to senior management Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets; monitor financial performance; prepare reports and weekly revenue forecasts. Review and approve quotations, tenders, and timesheets. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and increasing market presence.
