Learn more at About the Role As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role within our project management team, supporting Project Managers and site staff to ensure seamless project delivery. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from pre‑construction to handover, managing contracts, documentation, budgets, and schedules while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. About You You’ll bring enthusiasm, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Ideally, you will have: 3–4 years’ experience in a similar project or contract administration role A qualification in Building and Construction (or related field) End‑to‑end project experience from design through to completion Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Proficiency with Jobpac, MS Project, Procore, and MS Office Australian work rights, a valid driver’s licence, and White Card Why Join Zauner?
