Seeking a silicone/caulking installer team leader that has experience in all aspects of internal & external silicone works. The scope of works can range from the installation of silicone to various surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, facades, external articulation joints and a variety of remedial work. Must have 4 years prior experience in all aspects of Silicone/Caulking Installation Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of caulking materials, techniques, and safety procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic. Whilst this role is based in the Newcastle, Central Coast & Mid North Coast areas, the majority of the work will be undertaken in the Hunter and the surrounding areas. Requirements of the role Previous experience as a silicone/caulking installer in residential and/or commercial construction projects. Proficiency in applying different types of caulking materials to various surfaces whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Current Unrestricted Driver’s License (company vehicle will be provided) White Card Reliable and dependable Team Player who can work autonomously. As the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supervising a small team of two to three installers. You will: Lead and mentor a team of caulking installers, ensuring work is completed to our high standards. Manage project timelines and coordinate with site supervisors and builders. Perform high-quality caulking and sealing on various surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and external facades. Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean worksite. Conduct on-site quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Manage and maintain tools, equipment and scheduling. Assist with training new team members as needed. If this sounds like you please click the apply now button.
