Base pay range A$110,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Commercial Management Accountant / Business Partner role within a large, integrated manufacturing business known for long tenure and internal progression. This Management Accountant role sits within a large, vertically integrated manufacturing business experiencing ongoing growth across its supply chain. Known for its strong culture, internal progression and impressive staff tenure, the business offers a commercially focused environment where finance plays a genuine role in operational decision-making. Reporting into a very strong Finance Manager, this position provides hands‑on exposure to a major operating business unit and the opportunity to influence performance in a complex, fast‑moving setting. This role is a great career move into a reputable large employer, who are continually investing in their people. The hiring manager is open to both up and coming and tenured Management Accountants / Business Partners. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and forecasts Lead budgeting and cost control processes across the manufacturing business unit Partner closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insight Analyse variances, trends and drivers to support business decisions Contribute to ERP and BI enhancements, improving data and reporting capability About You Experience as a Management or Commercial Accountant Background in manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly complex environment Strong Excel skills with proven budgeting and financial modelling capability, Power BI experience also beneficial ERP experience essential, and keen interest in new implementations Commercial mindset with the ability to engage confidently with operations Perigon Group is proud to be exclusively recruiting this Management Accountant role, our client is eager on a recruitment outcome in January (with a start in Q1 this year).
