Base pay range A$60.05/hr - A$60.05/hr What the role entails Assess, review and process grant applications Validate documents and request additional information Maintain accurate records and data in government systems Ensure decisions align with program guidelines, policies and criteria Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Respond to inbound enquiries with professionalism and empathy Provide clear advice on eligibility and application steps Assist vulnerable community members with patience and care Escalate complex matters in line with procedures What we're looking for Government administration, grants, community services or customer service experience Grants processing, data entry or compliance work experience Proficiency with systems such as SmartyGrants, Dynamics, CRM platforms or advanced Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Shift flexibility – shifts may fall between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday depending on operational needs.
