REGROUP has been rapidly expanding across Australia over the last 12 months. We have transitioned into an end to end mining and civil solution whilst becoming a major player within the haulage industry with a core vision: Resource, Rehaul and Renew. We now have a number of operations throughout the Pilbara and Kimberley region, as well as Queensland. We hire, manage, and maintain a fleet of more than 500 pieces of civil construction plant equipment, mining equipment and heavy haulage and bulk haulage vehicles to deliver on this vision. Leveraging our expertise in construction equipment hire, heavy haulage and transportation services in collaboration with a commitment to supporting sustainability has allowed us to deliver a successful service with excellence at its core. Our clients partner with us to deliver their resource projects because we are unique in our ability in providing a genuine pit to port solution. Having invested and committed to over $70M of new assets in the past 12 months, we have built a reputation of reliable equipment and a talented team. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our new Osborne Park office team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry, learning the ins and outs of our growing business. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within a vast array of industry sectors. Key Responsibilities for the Role Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels Provide expert advice to Hiring Managers and Stakeholders relating to Talent Managing end to end recruitment for White & Blue Collar roles Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates Providing excellent customer service to candidates & internal stakeholder Assisting with the mobilisation team Database management Promoting a positive safety culture across the business To be Successful Strong attention to detail and able to prioritise Relevant Internal Recruitment experience Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates Exposure and knowledge within heavy industry What we can offer you Market leading rates Malaga office location with onsite parking Privately owned company – You’ll be a valued member of the team Career development within a fast paced, growing company An opportunity to gain experience across the Civil, Transport and Mining industries A fun office environment, supportive team and great company culture Opportunities for travel & site exposure Company laptop and mobile phone provided REGROUP Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
