We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our team. Canning Accounting specialise in taxation, business services, self-managed superannuation and management consulting. We are a progressive, medium sized firm based in Osborne Park with a diverse range of business and professional clients. Skills and strengths Previous experience working in a professional Accounting practice (preferred) Outstanding attention to detail (critical) Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Excellent computer skills with MS Office products including Word and Excel Responsibilities Accounts receivable / accounts payable Client invoicing Payroll and management of employee relations including Wages, STP, superannuation Maintenance and compliance of practice trust account Client relationship management, specifically in relation to invoicing matters Additional duties Meeting and greeting clients in reception ATO liaison in respect to clients debts/lodgements Maintain electronic and hard copy files Provide personal assistance responsibilities to the partners If you are looking to work in a high-performance fast paced taxation/accounting environment - this is the perfect role for you.
