About the Opportunity Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs. Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager. Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee. The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check What We Can Offer A work culture that truly values you and invests in your career.
