About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Administrator to support our NSW Water Efficiency Division. Based in our Sydney office, the role is an entry‑level position ideal for someone starting a career in administration or scheduling, eager to learn in a busy and supportive team environment. Responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. Monitoring and updating work orders and job requests. Coordinating the daily schedules of field staff. Performing basic data entry and assisting with reporting. Helping field staff with enquiries and passing information as needed. Liaising with clients and plumbers to prioritise and schedule jobs. Maintaining simple processes and procedures. Keeping accurate employee and subcontractor records. Preparing work orders, assisting with invoicing and processing quotations. Ensuring paperwork is completed and uploaded correctly. Providing general administration and ad hoc support to the team. Assisting with basic work reviews and following up on incomplete jobs under supervision. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 am – 05:00 pm. The first 3–6 months will be office‑based, then a view to hybrid once trained. Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt as things change. Ability to manage multiple tasks with support and guidance. Basic problem‑solving skills and willingness to ask questions when unsure. Good attention to detail and willingness to follow processes. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while remaining organised. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with Aroflo is a bonus but not required (training provided). Previous scheduling or administration experience is helpful but not essential.
