Join the winning team today About the Role The Retail Training Facilitator role is to empower the retail team by designing and delivering up‑to‑date training programs and information sessions for new and current retailers and their staff. This includes providing digital and in‑person training tailored to the latest products, technologies, and compliance standards. Please note this is a 12‑month, fixed‑term contract role. It can be located in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne and the successful candidate must be willing to travel. What you'll do Deliver and continuously enhance robust training programs that address both digital and in‑person learning requirements across the retail network. Work closely with Business Development Managers, providing them with modern coaching resources and methodologies to enable learning promotion at all levels of retail operations. Support on‑ground training initiatives, equipping retailers and venue partners with the knowledge and tools to drive sales performance, maintain retail standards and ensure ongoing compliance across the network. Participate in channel growth projects, including roll‑out of new terminal hardware and software, and play an integral role in developing and sustaining a collaborative, nation‑wide network of training outlets. Provide consistent feedback to the Training and Education Team to maintain effectiveness, relevance and compliance of all programs and resources. What you'll bring Skilled in delivering training both in‑person and online. Experienced with ESL participant training. Strong product and gaming terminal knowledge. Able to tailor education programs to diverse learner needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledgeable about relevant legislation, regulations and company policies. Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (preferred). Valid driver’s licence.
