Job Overview As part of the Technology group, we are seeking a well‑experienced Techno‑functional Investment Performance Operations Analyst. Responsibilities Responsible for production/review of accurate customized Investment Risk & Attribution reports for EQ, FI, balanced and multi‑currency portfolios within specified timescales. Responsible for calculation & reporting of daily exposure for trading reporting of various funds and asset classes for global clients. Prepare returns, attribution/contribution analysis, risk‑characteristics reports of multi‑asset funds and maintain ad‑hoc custom reports. Identify, highlight and rectify anomalies in attribution and risk numbers, providing proper justification. Communicate with other business areas to improve accuracy and reliability of risk reporting. Reconcile returns & risk numbers for EQ, FI and derivative products on a daily/monthly basis. Provide proactive research and insight on investment risk, deviations from benchmark, asset‑allocation targets and portfolio movements to clients. Coordinate with data providers, colleagues and clients on data quality and timeliness issues. Maintain data for various derivatives and fixed income in application on monthly and daily basis. Document policies, procedures and ensure compliance with established procedures; perform other assignments as required. Collaborate with other teams to identify operational improvements and propose action plans. Follow up with business analysts for planning new data acquisitions and risk‑reporting solutions. Knowledge / Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in EQ, FI and multi‑asset portfolio risk & attribution reporting. Product knowledge of derivatives (bond forward, equity index option, IRS, CCS, etc.) and fixed income. Knowledge of collateral/liquidity management (e.g., LAR, collateral ratios). Proficiency in Bloomberg, Aladdin, FactSet, GoldenSource, Eagle IBOR, MSTR and advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of financial markets and performance analytics. Intermediate experience with databases, systems design, VBA/macros and SQL for managing large data and performance reports.
