THE ROLE Aerison is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for our Bibra Lake workshop who can support as a Supervisor on our projects. As a supervisor you will ensure the installation activities carried out by the Construction Team are performed in a professional, safe, diligent, timely, and cost‑effective manner. You will be heavily involved with the E&I Punchlist and will be responsible for completing Final Technical Reports (FTR) for the completion of Stage 1 Construction Verification. You will assist in compiling dossiers for the Construction Verification Team to complete and submit to the Completions & Commissioning System – Hexagon. WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications: At least 3 years leadership experience in heavy industrial environments Experience with reviewing electrical drawings and documents to provide MTOs, BOMs and estimated completion schedules Experience with dealing with clients and various stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for Aerison Experience in the installation of Instrumentation & calibration with a Certificate IV or equivalent WA "A" Grade Electrical Licence Supervisor Training & Appointed Persons – Section 26 Understanding of the trades and disciplines involved in site operations Experience in a multidisciplinary environment – SMPEI&C Strong leadership and communication skills, together with a commitment to achieving safety, quality and productivity outcomes Ensuring that all electrical work is carried out in a manner consistent with Mines Regulations requirements A current Australian Driver's Licence Thorough understanding of site business requirements A strong commitment to OH&S Extensive experience supervising works including fixed plant maintenance, repair and installation works on mine sites Construction Industry Blue/White Card Exposure to CCMS System Hexagon would be advantageous WHAT WE OFFER We provide the following benefits: Weekly Pay Cycle RDO per month - Employee Rewards and Recognition programs 30% uplift when on site World class Employee Assistance programme for you and your family Employee and family member discounts to over 200 Australian‑based retailers, including travel, hotels, fuel, shopping and health insurance Career progression – Our leadership crews are often developed from within EVERY VOICE MATTERS At Aerison we welcome applications from all people, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island peoples, women, the LGBTI+ community, people with disabilities and people with diverse backgrounds.
