Senior Business Banking Manager, Bankstown, NSW Location: Bankstown, NSW About the Role Join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. In this role you will develop, lead, and execute business development strategy for both existing and new to bank customers, support local area performance, and collaborate across business units for optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Develop, lead, and execute business development strategy for existing and new customers. Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams to prepare business lending proposals and manage portfolios. Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans. Support delivery of local area performance measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics, and employee engagement. Qualifications Substantial experience in business banking and/or relationship management within a financial institution. A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct, and compliance risk. A genuine passion for customer service. Strong capability in building personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets. A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions. Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for customers. The ability to provide technical advice and guidance on debt products and deal structuring. Business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
