Our Projects Division specialise in the tendering, procurement and project management of large-scale commercial project works with both head contractors and sub-contractors. About The Role The Project Estimating/Administrator role is a multi-facet role which will offer the successful candidate extensive training and ongoing support. Australian citizens only are eligible for this position. What We Offer Competitive salary - negotiable dependent on experience Variety in the role Extensive on-site training and development Ongoing training and support Major Accountabilities Vet all incoming tender requests and extract relevant documentation for the Senior Estimator to tender off Log all incoming tenders into the project calendar taking into consideration due tender dates Assist with tender submissions Liaise with customers and suppliers Provide feedback to the team on any industry related pricing intel/feedback from clients so we can ensure competitive tendering in-line with current industry rates. Competencies Specific to the Role High level of time management skills, and the ability to work with conflicting priorities/deadlines Proficient in the use of Excel Basic data entry level Excel proficiency is required A self-starter who can organise their time and priorities efficiently and effectively Excellent verbal & written communication skills including good listening skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
