Cardiac Centre Business Manager

Job Title Cardiac Centre Business Manager Location Hobart, Tasmania, Australia Employment Type Full‑time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Budget management and planning for the Cardiac Centre. Develop and implement recruitment, retention and facility‑wide strategies to support the center’s philosophy. Ensure the delivery of highest‑level medical consulting and diagnostic testing services to specialists and patients. Develop and implement policies and objectives specific to the unit that reflect the direction of the facility. Participate in the development of effective marketing strategies for the units consistent with the facility‑wide philosophy. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience working in a medical practice. Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team. Previous medical management experience (desirable). Ability to manage people and financial resources to ensure smooth business operations. Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal. Relevant industry knowledge.
